macsimize is providing funds with developing homes for needy families in Cambodia. We started the business with a clear goal of developing people and communities.
"We found the Tabitha Foundation to do the same for under-privileged communities, so we felt that this cause is very much in line with our corporate beliefs," said David MacDonald, director of macsimize.
"In addition to the company contributing, a few of our team members will be engaging actively on-site in Cambodia to further raise funds and physically help build homes."

macsimize's Competency Assessment and Development Centre is a turn-key solution to help teams in evaluating job-related competencies using the latest technologies.
"We have just finished a major project in which we helped the client develop a set of sales advisory competencies. Using a specialised software, we video-taped the sales person in a typical sales meeting and tagged behaviours," said Norman Leung.
"Feedback and coaching were provided after each session. The feedback we got from the sales advisers was very positive and all were happy on how we were able to be very specific in drilling down areas for improvement."
