Nicholas is an instructional designer and a soft-skills training specialist and is a Certified Practitioner in NLP. With an avid interest in the study of applied behavioural science, he has been engaged on projects with companies in various international locations. Specialising in training and coaching, he focuses on sales skills, leadership skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills and teambuilding.
Before focusing on the development of people, Nicholas gained more than ten years of experience as a professional sales person before moving on to setting up and managing high performance sales teams. As a trainer and facilitator, he has profiled, trained, coached and mentored more than 14,000 individuals. He previously also amassed more than 650 hours of coaching contact with more than 400 individuals in just two months.
Recent successfully deployed training initiatives include: the development and delivery of a full-scale multi faceted teambuilding training simulation; the development of a communication dynamics workshop targeted at senior executives and senior management. He has also recently been engaged in research and the fusing of the core principles of NLP in his training deliverables.
Nicholas's core area of expertise is developing unique solutions and the delivery of competency-based training in sales management and team development programmes. His forte is in developing dynamic individuals, preparing them from multi-cross functional roles to management appointments for international assignments and challenging cross-border projects.

Nicholas has extensive international experience, having traveled and trained regularly in China, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore. He is extremely adaptable and able to operate with ease and fluidity across different cultures in the region because of his ability to converse in English, Mandarin and Chinese dialects such as Hokkien, Teochew and Cantonese.
